By leveraging NeuroFirsts Mind Muscle Matrix System you can train your body to burn fat and build muscle fast without fighting against your ADHD. Not only will you get down to your ideal weight and body composition but also sustain the results for the rest of your life. This information is for YOU if you can say YES to any of the below:
By the way, you might wonder why you should listen to me? I’ll keep it brief.
Before I developed NeuroFirsts Mind Muscle Matrix system, I was following a periodised program but had no idea how to develop a closed loop system that would get me results quickly, without spending hours in the gym. On top of that I struggled with executive functioning, overwhelm, burn out and sensory challenges whilst working out. My starting weight was 64.7kg (19.5kg bodyfat and 39kg muscle).
During the development of my system, my transformation accelerated and in nine months I was weighing in at 62.4kg bodyweight with a body composition of 7.9kg bodyfat and 51.7kg muscle. This is the equivalent of 11% bodyfat and 80% muscle mass.

I believe that people should have a system that is designed specifically for them as individuals and not just simply follow a stand alone workout program.
The purpose of a fitness system is so much more than just losing weight or gaining muscle or strength. It’s about pulling multiple levers which work together to give you the confidence to be seen, the energy to lead, and the resilience to thrive at the forefront of your ventures.
A personal fitness system matches your fitness level with an approach to exercise that is right for you and does not require you to suppress your ADHD behaviours.
Practically, this means you need to have a good understanding of your Neurotype and ADHD behaviours. Then you can develop high impact Protocols and leverage them to meet your specific fitness goals.
The Neurotype System is a powerful tool designed to help you better select the best training program, nutrition, and supplementation plans according to your brain chemistry. This is because of the role of your neurotransmitters in key factors like stress tolerance/response, motivation, drive, and the need for structure or variation. It will not only give you better results, but you will feel better, sleep more efficiently, and enjoy the process of working out a lot more.
